What is an "Insight" and how is it counted?
An Insight is any individual question or analysis request you send through Attive. Each plan grants a set number of Insights.
How do Insight Add-Ons work?
If you exceed your plan's Insight allowance, you can purchase blocks of 100 additional Insights for $10 each. Add‑ons apply immediately and will not renew on the next billing date.
Can I mix & match seats?
No — you cannot combine seats across Community, Pro, and Elite tiers within the same account. Only Elite and Enterprise offer advanced Team features to add Light seats for a reduced price.
What is a Light Seat?
Light Seats can only be purchased with Elite and Enterprise plans. They have only access to a limit data set. They are best for Sales and CS Reps who need to access multiple tools to get information about one customer.
