Attive 1.0: All Your GTM Data, One Intelligent Workspace

Slack 👀→⌛️→✅

Slack message exmaple

You asked, it’s here. You can now chat with Attive directly from Slack.

We designed the experience to be as seamless as possible, while retaining the powerful features that are available in our web app. Here’s how it works:

  • Mention @Attive from anywhere to start a chat. Attive will reply in a thread and will use the whole thread as context for the conversation.

  • You can also write to Attive directly for private conversations.

  • Behind the scenes every Slack chat is a chat in our web app. This means you can access all your memories and agents, just like on the web. You can even start a chat in Slack, continue on the web and pick it back up on Slack later.

  • Finally, it’s possible to assign a dedicated agent to a channel. This is great for deal rooms or shared analysis channels where you want to cut through the noise and focus on specific context.

Automations: intelligent orchestration across your GTM stack

Automation example

Insights are great, but the only way to move the needle is to take action.

We knew from the start that building workflows only manually was a '2020 thing'.

So you can create automations just by prompting it. Our agent knows how to design the automation based on your data and on your requirements.

Choose to run automations on a schedule or when something changes in your data, such as when an opportunities moves to a new stage, or a new customer call was just finished.

Here's a non-exhaustive list of what you can build with automations:

  • Update the CRM with the next steps after a finished call with a prospect.

  • Send a call summary and personalized coaching to your SDRs.

  • Extract an AI estimated 'close date' for the deal.

  • Daily or weekly summaries to keep your team in the loop.

There are many others, if you want to start building we encourage you to try the automation builder. And reach our to our team, if you need help or inspiration setting up your first automation.

Integrations

We’ve been very busy expanding our integrations catalog to cover more of the tools revenue teams rely on every day.

Slack

Slack can now be synced into your GTM Graph! Not only can you interact with Attive directly from Slack, or use it in our intelligent automation engine, you can also sync conversations directly into your Graph to make sure the context from day-to-day conversations lives alongside your GTM data, not lost in chat history.

Customer channels, deal rooms, team threads, you name it. Now part of your GTM Graph, so nothing valuable stays hidden in Slack.

Meeting Recorders: Fathom, Avoma and Jiminny

Meeting Recorders

We’ve added three new meeting records: Fathom, Avoma and Jiminny. All offer the same extensive feature set as our Gong integration:

  • Full historical sync of all your meetings

  • Full access to meeting transcripts

  • Seamless integration of meetings and participants with CRM objects in your GTM Graph

ps. Fathom has only just launched their API and we’re proud to be featured as one of their launch partners 🚀

Dialpad

Your revenue engine doesn’t start at meeting booked. It starts with the countless calls, follow-ups, and touchpoints your outbound team drives every day. Our new Dialpad integration brings those calls, transcripts, and rep activity into Attive so you can see how conversations turn into pipeline and revenue.

With both Dialpad and Aircall, Attive now covers the leading tools revenue teams use to power top-funnel activity.

Data Warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery and Redshift

Attive now connects directly to your data warehouse, so you can bring in product metrics, usage data, or other key data that lives outside your standard integrations. It’s a flexible way to use the data you already have to round out your GTM view.

Chat Improvements

The beating heart of Attive is our chat, so of course we’ve continued to make the chat experience as good as it can be. Apart from the many subtle improvements we roll out almost every day, we have released several notable features:

Web Search

You can now enable your AI agents to search the web. This lets Attive combine your company’s unique data with up-to-date public information, helping you make faster, more informed decisions.

Here are a few ways our customers are already using this:

  • Prep for meetings:

Pull in the latest news, funding rounds, or leadership changes about a customer or prospect, combined with your internal context.

  • Benchmark performance:

Compare your sales or marketing metrics against industry benchmarks to spot strengths and gaps.

  • Spot new opportunities:

Use web data to identify signals like expansion news or leadership changes that help you engage at the right moment.

Attach files

Sometimes the most relevant data lives in ad-hoc files. Be it decision documents, quota sheets, contracts etc. You can now attach these files directly to the chat and include them in your analysis.

ps. Quick peek into the future 👀 We’re working on a largest feature set around files, to make it even easier to manage files and include them in your conversations.

Data Transparency

chat data sources example

Attive is extremely good at finding the right data to answer your questions. But sometimes this comes at the cost of transparency. While we always expose the queries that Attive writes (and runs), we also understand this reads as gibberish to many of you.

We’ve now gone a step further and build a dedicated view to explain each query in the conversation in natural language and show you exactly what data it returns. This will help you fact-check the agent and steer it in the right direction if it veers off course.

Attive 0.3: Boards, Dashboards & Faster syncs

Boards, Dashboards & Faster syncs

Boards and dashboards

You can now save your chat outputs as “Insight” into Boards and the charts into “Dashboards”.

Think of board as a space to work and collaborate on projects or areas of interest. Each board has:

Insights

For the chat outputs you’ve captured — so you can:

  • Export it to PDF or PNG

  • Add comments

  • Create presentations directly from your board

  • Reference it in chats (just as memories)

  • Inspect queries with AI explanation

Screenshot 2025-07-17 at 10.21.27

Referencing insights in the chat is a great way to start conversations with context from previous chats and getting consistent results. For example - you can just ask Attive to “re-run” an analysis you’ve stored.

Screenshot 2025-07-17 at 10.21.48

Present your findings directly from the board. Present all or just a few selected insights in full-screen mode with keyboard shortcuts. Great for meetings.

Dashboards

Capture charts and metrics you’d like to visit and see it freshly updated.

While insights are a snapshot of your data - dashboards will be refresh every time you visit it.

Insights are always locked-in, so your numbers won’t change while the charts in the dashboards are refreshed every time you visit it.

Pin your boards and dashboards

You can pin boards and dashboards for easy access in your workspace sidebar:

Faster data syncs, smooth experience

Sync times have improved dramatically — now up to 90% faster than before. Thanks to recent backend upgrades, the average sync duration has dropped from hours to just minutes in most cases.

Week-over-Week Average Sync Duration (Seconds) (1)

This means:

  • Less waiting for your data

  • Faster updates across the board

  • A much smoother and more responsive experience

We’ll continue working on further improvements to keep things running fast and reliably.

Attive 0.2

Attive 0.2 introduces Agents and Library for memories and prompts, with files coming soon.

Agents

Agents enable you to create specialized assistants in Attive. An agent is defined by a set of memories, prompts and custom instruction that defines the agent personality and goal.

Screenshot 2025-06-25 at 15.49.31

Your agents become easily accessible in the chat:

Screenshot 2025-06-25 at 15.51.50

You can switch agents in the chat at any time, using the agents selector in the composer. For example, start by doing a pipeline health analysis with one agent and then dive deeper into deals with another specialized agent. Agents are also a great way to expose Attive to co-workers that are only interested in certain types of analysis.

Library

We’ve split what was just memories into 2 different elements: memories and prompts.

The memories still serve the same purpose of adding bits of context to your conversations (and also agents).

While prompts are more rich in formatting, can reference memories and ready to be executed in the chat.

Working with memories and chat context

chat context

We’ve reimagined how working with memories and context should be. Now you can create and modify memories without leaving the chat.

That makes it easier to ensure your memories are working as they should.

With this you can configure a functional and tested agent by:

  • Setting up a few memories

  • Testing your prompt - retry as many times with the updated context

  • Adjusting memories

Once confident on your results, click on ‘Create agent from chat context’ and Attive will use AI to analyze the conversation and the memories to create a specialized agent for you. With this you can get the same analysis much quicker.

Report (experimental)

Screenshot 2025-06-25 at 15.53.01

Generate beautiful reports directly from the chat and export it to PDF of copy to Google Docs. Reports let you generate professional, shareable outputs. You can download them as PDFs or copy them in a docs-friendly format. When you switch the chat mode from Ask to Report, the agent will generate a new report. You can switch to Report mode at any time—for example, after refining your prompt, just switch and say “generate a report for me.”

Screenshot 2025-06-25 at 15.53.12

Switch from ‘ask’ to ‘report’ and type your message. It can be simple as ‘generate a report for my pipeline’ or use it to compile a report after a good conversation in the chat.
